Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant
Our client, leaders in the printing and promotional industry, is looking for a smart CSR/administrative assistant to the team in Montreal.
Responsibilities:

- Take incoming customer service calls
- Follow up on quotes to secure orders.
- Order facilitator – help process orders and keep them running smoothly throughout printing process.
- General inquiries and communication with customers regarding price, stock, delivery dates, tracking numbers and printing
- general office tasks

- Bilingual: Great communication skills in English and French
- organized
- computer literate
- ability to learn new systems and processes easily
- ability to handle issues that arise in a calm manner and communicate solutions to customers
