Customer Service Rep (CSR)
Our client, leaders in a wholesale linens, is looking for a Customer service rep in their Laval office.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients by phone and by email
- Responsible for the daily execution of sales orders
- Ensuring orders are processed and entered properly in our system
- Working directly with the sales team and other key stake holders
- 1-3 years of experience in an office environment or in Customer Service (sales, Call Center or
- Inside Sales type of role would be considered an asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point (an asset)
- CRM & NetSuite experience (an asset)
Required skills and Experience:
Salary based on experience $13.86 – $16.34 an hour
